1. General provisions
   These general conditions of sale apply to all sales of products purchased through the website
   www.donnaraffa.com. The Customer is required to carefully read the General Conditions that have been
   made available on the site pursuant to art. 12 of the Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70.
   The contracts concluded through the site itself are governed by Italian law in particular, by Legislative
   Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 (“Consumer Code”) and by Legislative Decree 9 April 2003, n. 70 (“E-
   commerce decree”)

   The company is not responsible for any of the side effects caused by intolerances or allergies related to the
   products sold when these have not been declared by the consumer at the time of purchase.

5. Product availability
   Prices, descriptions and availability of the products displayed are subject to change without notice.
   All product descriptions, illustrations, representations, details, dimensions, performance data and any other

   By sending the order, the customer acknowledges and declares to have read all the information provided
   during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the General Conditions.
   The company reserves the right to evaluate the acceptance of orders received. The Mazzone Sebastiana
   farm will notify the Customer of the impossibility of accepting orders received within 30 days from the day
   following that on which the customer has sent the order and will refund the sums already paid by the
   customer.
8. Methods of payment
   The customer can pay for the products purchased through the website www.donnaraffa.com using the
   following methods:
   o Bank transfer
   At the conclusion of the order procedure, the customer can proceed with the payment by bank transfer
   payment method.
   N.B .: if the bank transfer is chosen as the payment method, the order will be processed only upon receipt
   of the amount due not available.
9. Shipments
   All orders that are completed and paid for will be delivered within 48 hours on Saturdays, Sundays and
   holidays excluded, in Italy, by express courier.
   Delivery will be made to the address indicated by the customer when purchasing the product.
   The customer is responsible for verifying the delivery address indicated. The company reserves the right to
   charge the customer for any additional costs due to changes made to the delivery address not promptly
   communicated.
   If for any reason the customer does not receive delivery of the product in accordance with the provisions of
   these general conditions of sale, all risks associated with the loss or damage to the products will be the sole
   responsibility of the customer. In any case, the price paid for the order will not be returned. In case of non-
   delivery, the company may make delivery by any other means, other than the standard one deemed
   appropriate;
10. Complaints and quality disputes
    The complaints and quality dispute reports must be sent by email to the address

    dispute.

11. Right of withdrawal (Legislative Decree 06/09/05 N ° 206)
    Being perishable food products, any right of withdrawal is excluded, in accordance with the law.
